The WNYPE October program focuses on environmental permitting and municipal approvals associated with large-scale renewable energy systems such as utility grade solar. Presenters Sheila Ransbottom and Bill Anterline, both experts in this field, will walk us through the land development process being implemented in NYS. This includes reviewing NYS renewable energy goals and regulations, due diligence, entitlements, zoning, visual impact analysis, design, and construction.
